Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Ticket Refunds

Refunds for event ticket purchases are available up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Refund requests made after this deadline may not be accommodated.

 

RSVP Cancellations

If you are no longer able to attend a free RSVP event, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so we may offer your spot to others. Repeated no-shows may affect future event registration eligibility.

 

Merchandise Purchases

Refunds or exchanges for merchandise are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are returned in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

 

General Terms

All approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. The Middleburg Community Center reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet the above criteria.
