Our Venue
From intimate gatherings in the loft, to grand galas in the ballroom, the indoor facility can accommodate up to 220 people.
Our facilities offer an elegant space featuring 24" soaring ceilings in the Grand Ballroom, 12,000+ square feet of facility space, private gardens and grounds, and elegant architecture that serves as a timeless backdrop to your core memories.
The five acre property backs up to the Salamander Resort, is down the street from the historic Red Fox Inn, and includes a public pool, shaded picnic grounds, two playgrounds, open field, and secluded herb garden and patio - as well as ample private parking and all walkable to towns finest eateries and establishments.

As a community center, our rates are designed to benefit and serve our local community members and nonprofit partners.

These rates are for private rentals of non-ticketed events. If you'd like to host ticketed events that are open to our community please inquire with this form.
Local Residents:
Community members residing in the tri-county area (Loudoun County, Faquier County, Clark County). Verified by billing address.
Nonprofits:
Verifiable 501c3 organizations
Ballroom Availability:
Monday - Thursday
8am to 8pm
Friday - Sunday
8am to 11pm
*Events must end at 10pm with breakdown being complete by 11pm
Terrace Room & Loft Availability:
Monday - Thursday
5pm to 10pm
Pool Availability:
6pm to 9pm for Private Rentals
Hourly Rentals:
Minimum 2 Hours
Maximum 5 Hours
*Maximum 3 Hours for Pool
Deposits:
50% Deposit - Refundable up until 30 days prior to the event.
$500 Security Deposit for cleaning
