Our Venue

From intimate gatherings in the loft, to grand galas in the ballroom, the indoor facility can accommodate up to 320 people in the full venue depending on layout.
 
Our facilities offer an elegant space featuring 24" soaring ceilings in the Grand Ballroom, 12,000+ square feet of facility space, private gardens and grounds, and elegant architecture that serves as a timeless backdrop to your core memories.
 
The five acre property backs up to the Salamander Resort, is down the street from the historic Red Fox Inn, and includes a public pool, shaded picnic grounds with grills, two playgrounds, an open field, and secluded herb garden and patio - as well as ample private parking and all walkable to towns finest eateries and establishments.

Other treasured local accommodations include The Goodstone Inn and the charming historic Welbourne Inn.

Preferred Vendors:
We highly recommend booking with one of our preferred caterers for full venue or Grand Ballroom rentals. While preferred vendors are not required, they are familiar with our space, policies, and event flow, which helps ensure a smooth experience.

Self Catering:
Self-Catering is only allowed for Terrace room and loft booking. Absolutely no raw food may be cooked on the premises at any point. Our kitchen is a catering kitchen strictly available for reheating and warming food before serving.

Rental Period:
Please note that you must reserve the space for the entire time you will need access to the building to set up and break down your event. For example, if you need to set up the day before your event, you will need to book for two days.

Community members residing in the hunt country area with the following zip codes verified by your physical address:

Please Note:

  • Only Aldie ZIP code 20105 qualifies for local pricing for addresses located west of Route 15.​

  • MCC reserves the right to request proof of residency, physical address, business address, or nonprofit status to confirm eligibility for local rates.

Qualifying Local Nonprofits:
To qualify for the Local Nonprofit rate, the organization must be a nonprofit and located within MCC’s approved service area.

Day Before / Day After Access:

For single-day Full Venue rentals on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, additional access may be added the day before or the day after the event when available. This may be used for setup, rehearsal, breakdown, or extended event needs.

 

Additional access beyond five hours for day before/after event setup and break down or rental pickup is subject to availability and staff approval.

Ballroom Availability:

  • Monday - Thursday

    • 8am to 8pm

  • Friday - Sunday

    • 8am to 11pm

  • Events must end at 10pm with breakdown being complete by 11pm​


Terrace Room & Loft Availability:
Monday - Thursday5pm to 10pm​​​​

Pool Availability:
6pm to 9pm for Private Rentals

Weekend Dates:
Weekend Dates are Reserved for Full Venue Rentals

  • Minimum 5 Hours

  • Maximum 3 Hours for Pool​

  • Shorter nonprofit or community meetings may be approved at staff discretion.
