Lynn Wiley is a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker in Virginia with more than three decades of experience serving clients throughout the Northern Piedmont region, including Fauquier, Loudoun, Rappahannock, and Clarke counties.

She began her real estate career in 1989 after prior professional experience in human resource management and as a sales representative for an international corporation. In 2021, she joined Middleburg-based Sheridan‑MacMahon Ltd., where she continues to assist community members with properties of all sizes. Her love of people, the Virginia countryside, and the region’s distinctive architecture continues to shape her approach to real estate and client service.

Lynn is deeply engaged in the civic and cultural life of the region and previously served as President of the Middleburg Community Center, where she remains a dedicated board member. She has also served on the board of the Piedmont Environmental Council and the Middleburg Spring Races, reflecting her longstanding commitment to land conservation and community engagement across Virginia’s Piedmont.

When she’s not showing properties or serving on boards you might bump into her at the Middleburg Tennis Club and find her in the studio painting landscapes, still life or family pets.
