Director of Development & Events

Since 2025

Elizabeth Rose brings over 15 years of Marketing, Fundraising & People leadership experience. She’s been dedicated to growing organizations across numerous industries including VC-backed tech startups, consumer products and commercial real estate brokerage. Elizabeth is a supporter of nonprofits benefiting medical research, the visual arts, LGBTQ, and mental health causes. Currently Elizabeth serves on the Advisory Council for the Loudoun Lyric Opera

Elizabeth’s vision for the Community Center involves enhancing and expanding our community partnerships, making the center more accessible to and collaborative with local residents, and bringing the performing arts back to Middleburg with regular concerts and performances.

Her ties to Middleburg go back to her four years as a boarding student at Foxcroft School (Go Hounds!) where she was enticed by the equestrian program. After Foxcroft, Elizabeth graduated early from Southern Methodist University with degrees in Art History and Psychology. Elizabeth also holds an Executive MBA in Digital Marketing from Rutgers University.

When you see her around town, you will likely spot her walking with her canine companion, JoJo, because after five years in Brooklyn... she still hasn't bought a car.
